Job Description & Summary

A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Dar suporte administrativo para área de atuação;
  • Tratar documentos, registrar a entrada e saída de documentos; triar, conferir e distribuir documentos aos responsáveis;
  • Apoio nas rotinas administrativas em geral da unidade de trabalho;
  • Arquivar documentos conforme procedimentos;
  • Apoiar o preparo de atas, formulários e planilhas;
  • Organização de arquivos;
  • Conhecimentos básicos do pacote office.

IMPORTANTE: Ter bom senso de urgência, organização, proatividade, interesse e vontade de se desenvolver.
